Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Login at the top of any page, then Create an account. Enter your phone number and confirm the OTP sent to you; set a password, and you’re in.
Do I need to verify my phone number?
Yes. Phone verification is required on signup — it’s how we confirm it’s really you, and it’s how important account notices reach you later.
Can I try a course before buying?
Most courses include a few free preview lectures so you can get a feel for the instructor and the pace. Look for the Free Preview label inside the course page.
What devices can I use?
ACS Camp works in any modern browser — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. We recommend a stable internet connection for live classes; recorded lectures work fine on slower networks too.
Courses & Enrollment
How do I enroll in a course?
Open the course page and click See Details or Enroll. You’ll be taken to checkout, where you can choose a payment method and complete payment — the course becomes available in your dashboard right after.
Can I enroll in multiple courses?
Yes. You can enroll in as many courses as you like, and each one appears in Dashboard → Enrolled Courses.
How long will I have access to a course?
Each course lists its access window on the course page — typically through the end of the batch or cycle. After that, the course may move to an archived state, though your progress and certificates stay on your account.
Can I download lectures to watch offline?
To protect instructor work and keep prices fair, lectures are stream-only and can’t be downloaded. Study material (notes, PDFs) is downloadable wherever the download icon is visible.
Live Classes
When are live classes held?
Each course publishes its own schedule — you can see upcoming live sessions in the Ongoing Live Session block on your dashboard and in the course routine.
Can I ask questions during a live class?
Yes. Every live class has a chat panel where you can ask questions in real time. The instructor answers as many as possible during the session and the rest in the next class or via a follow-up note.
Will live classes be recorded?
Yes. Every live class is recorded and added to the course library within a few hours of the session ending — so you can revisit it or catch up if you missed it.
What if I miss a live class?
You won’t miss anything important — the recording will be waiting for you on the course page. If you still have questions after watching, post them in the next live class or email support.
Exams & Practice
What kinds of exams are there?
Short MCQ quizzes, creative-question (CQ) practice sets, chapter tests, and full mock exams that follow board and admission patterns. Each course lists its schedule in the exam section.
How is my score calculated?
MCQ scoring is automatic (per correct answer, with any applicable negative marking shown up front). CQ and written portions are reviewed by instructors and usually released within 3–5 business days.
Can I retake an exam?
Most practice exams allow unlimited retakes so you can keep improving. Graded / official assessments are usually single attempt — the rules for each exam are shown on the exam page.
When are results published?
MCQ results are available immediately. CQ and full-mock results are published within 3–5 business days of the deadline.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Visa / Mastercard credit + debit cards, via our payment partner SSLCommerz. Net-banking is also available where your bank supports it.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment information is handled by your gateway of choice over encrypted connections — we never see or store your card number or mobile-banking PIN. We only store the transaction reference and payment method type.
Can I get a refund?
Course payments are generally non-refundable, but we do issue refunds for duplicate payments, payment / technical issues, and wrong-course enrollments (with a small processing fee). See our Refund Policy for the full rules.
What if my payment failed but money was deducted?
Don’t worry — this usually reverses automatically within a few hours. If it doesn’t, email [email protected] with your transaction reference and we’ll sort it out.
Account & Technical
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login screen click Forgot password, enter your registered phone number, and confirm the OTP to set a new password.
Can I change my phone number or email?
Yes — open Dashboard → Profile. For phone-number changes, we’ll send an OTP to the new number to verify it before switching.
The video isn't playing — what can I try?
Refresh the page; try a different browser (Chrome or Edge work best); and check that your connection is stable. If it still doesn’t play, email support with a screenshot and we’ll help.
I'm not receiving the OTP SMS — why?
OTPs can be delayed when your carrier is congested. Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. If it still doesn’t arrive after two tries, contact support — we can verify your identity another way.

What are your working hours?
Our support team replies Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (BDT). Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working day.
