Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 April 2026
Course payments on ACS Camp are, as a rule, non-refundable. Once you enroll, the full course library — lectures, notes, live classes, exams — becomes immediately available, which is why our pricing is kept accessible in the first place. That said, we know some situations genuinely call for a refund, and we handle those promptly. This policy explains which cases qualify, which don’t, and how to request a refund when you believe you are eligible.
1. When Refunds Are Possible
You may be eligible for a refund in the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate payment. If the same order was charged to you more than once — for example, because of a retry on your end or a glitch at the payment gateway — the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
- Payment or technical issue. If your payment succeeded but the course did not activate in your account and our team cannot grant access after a reasonable attempt, the amount is refunded in full.
- Wrong course purchased. If you paid for a different course than you intended (a different subject or batch) and you have not yet consumed the course content, you can either transfer to the correct course at no extra charge or receive a refund minus a small processing fee (see Section 4).
- Exceptional circumstances. In genuinely exceptional cases — serious medical situations, bereavement, or similar — we review requests individually. Refunds in these cases are granted at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Course payments are not refundable when:
- You have already watched, downloaded, or otherwise consumed any portion of the course content.
- You simply changed your mind after purchase — “buyer’s remorse” is not a ground for refund.
- The course was correctly activated in your account and your concern is about content quality or teaching style. We welcome feedback in these cases, but it is not a basis for refund.
- You did not use the course within its access window.
- The purchase used a promotional code clearly labeled “non-refundable” at checkout.
- Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (for example, credential sharing, piracy, or scraping).
- The batch or cohort has already ended.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, with the subject line “Refund Request — <Order ID>”. Please include:
- Your order id (visible on the order confirmation and invoice).
- The course or product you are requesting a refund for.
- Which eligibility case applies (duplicate, payment issue, wrong course, or exceptional circumstance) and a brief explanation.
- For payment issues: a screenshot or transaction reference from your payment app, if available.
We review every request in the order it is received and may reach out if we need additional information.
4. Processing Fee (Wrong-Course Refunds)
For wrong-course refunds, a small processing fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover the payment-gateway’s transaction cost and the administrative handling required to reverse the transaction. The exact fee depends on the payment method (typically 5–10% of the transaction) and is communicated to you before the refund is issued. At that point you can decide whether to accept the net amount or transfer to the correct course instead — transfers carry no processing fee.
5. Processing Timelines
We review refund requests within 3–5 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or mobile financial service provider.
bKash and Nagad refunds generally arrive within 3–5 business days; card refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect on your statement.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For fraud-prevention reasons we cannot transfer a refund to a different account, wallet, or card.
7. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a course, batch, or live class before delivery for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item — the non-refundable default does not apply when the cancellation is ours.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our operations evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless a later version is more favorable to you.
