By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use of the Service.

The Service is intended primarily for learners residing in Bangladesh. Users outside Bangladesh may access the Service subject to their local laws.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for a single learner. Sharing credentials with anyone else is a material breach of these Terms.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. When you enroll in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

Access may be revoked immediately if you breach these Terms, share credentials, attempt to download or redistribute course materials, or otherwise misuse the Service.

Payments are processed through third-party gateways, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card networks, via our payment partner. By making a payment you agree to the gateway’s terms in addition to these Terms.

We may change prices, promotions, or course bundles at any time. Price changes will not affect transactions that have already been completed.

Refund eligibility, timelines, and exclusions are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share, upload, distribute, or resell any course video, note, or exam content without our written consent.
• Record, screen-capture, scrape, or extract content from the Service using automated tools or otherwise.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM, or rate limits.
• Disrupt live classes or exams, harass instructors or other learners, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates Bangladeshi law or any applicable international law.

All course content — videos, notes, illustrations, branding, exam questions, and software — is the property of ACS Camp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted except the limited, personal right to access and view the content within the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to deliver a high-quality learning experience, we do not guarantee specific exam results, admission outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACS Camp, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other learners. Upon termination your license to access course content ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
